By teaching, we learn
Our aims are to create an environment where innovation is encouraged and we support innovation, research and understanding of the delivery of secondary care.
We believe in collaboration and learning and supporting the greater secondary care workforce. We support a fair pay programme designed to ensure that all staff receive a proportionate reward for their skills. We aim to support those most vulnerable patients and address the issue of health inequalities.
Our purpose is to serve and understand the health needs of all patients and ensure that patient engagement is at the heart of NHS policy and guidance, whilst maintaining the highest management standards and competencies.
